Bug fix request (again)

Thanks to the bugfix, but it still shows
-17℃ on my iPhone.
Why does this occur...?

[Todays lowest temperature] always shows -17℃ (=1.4℉). Everyday, unchangingly.
Of course this cant be true since it never goes lower than -5℃ (=23℉) here in Tokyo.
Must be a bug.
Could you please fix this problem? Thank you.
